Physical and chemical properties: Appearance, 25°C: free-flowing white beads or powder

Solubility: insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and chloroform

Packing: Lined with plastic bags, outer packaging with kraft paper, net weight 25 kg per bag.

Storage: It is recommended that this product be stored in a dry area below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and rain. Exceeding 60°C or prolonging the storage period may cause discoloration. This product is a non-dangerous product and can be transported and stored as a general chemical.

Shelf life: at least one year after production under limited storage conditions

Application: HBS-206P is an internal antistatic agent suitable for polyolefin and PVC plastics. It has fast-moving antistatic properties and has the characteristics of lubrication, mold release, smoothness and anti-bonding during plastic processing.

It is usually used in conjunction with HBS-202 and HBS-A600A produced by our company to achieve synergistic antistatic properties, so it can provide quick and long-term antistatic effects.

The following are the recommended addition levels of this product in different polymers:
