Physical and chemical properties: Appearance, 25°C: Light yellow dough-like Solubility: Insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and chloroform
Packing: The standard packing is an iron drum with a net weight of 180kg.
Storage: It is recommended that this product be stored in a dry area below 25°C, avoid direct sunlight, rain, and inversion is strictly prohibited. Exceeding 60°C or prolonging the storage period may cause discoloration.
Shelf life: It can be stored for at least one year under limited storage conditions after production.
Application: HBS-A300 is an internally added antistatic agent, which can be used in different resin systems, such as PE, LDPE, PP, SAN, ABS. Due to its relatively fast migration, HBS-A 300 can endow the material with continuous antistatic properties and has a good effect on the application of thin films. HBS-A300 is doughy at room temperature. When heated to 40-45 °C, it can be directly added to the polymer by metering in single and twin screw extruders.
Pigment or color masterbatch can also be mixed with this antistatic agent and extruded together. Pre-mixing helps HBS-A300 to disperse evenly in the resin, and HBS-A300 can also be used as a dispersant to help disperse pigments or masterbatches.
After HBS-A300 is added to the polymer, it can quickly migrate to the surface of the product, showing excellent antistatic performance. HBS-A300 is especially suitable for all PE films.
The following are the recommended addition levels of this product in different polymers:
polymer Additive content(%)
PE 0.1-0.3
PP 0.1-0.3
LDPE 0.1-0.3
HDPE 0.1-0.3
LLDPE 0.1-0.3
Safety and sanitation: This product is non-toxic and can be used in packaging materials that come into direct contact with food.
